Mauro’s career in watchmaking spans 20+ years with stints in everything from independent labels to the largest watch brands in the market. However, his love affair with watches goes much further back to his childhood and time spent tinkering on watches with his father at the dining table. As Chief Operating Officer, Mauro runs MING’s facilities in Switzerland and is leading the push to expand internal capabilities and partner networks.

To this day, it remains unclear if Mauro has ever recovered from his initial meeting with MT and Magnus which eventually led to him taking on the “craziest but most fun” role of his career. His two largest aspirations at MING are to a) get MT to do a motorcycle tour of Switzerland, and b) replace the caffeine in Magnus’ bloodstream with wine.
