Hasnida is a warm, well known and welcome face to numerous collectors in South East Asia, including MT whom she’d known for 14 years before joining MING as Head of Customer Experience.

She spent nearly a decade and a half at one of the largest watch brands where she was responsible for customer service training, and managed retail and commercial operations. Hasnida brings all of this to MING to ensure a memorable experience for existing and new customers alike.
