Quarterly Update: Q4 - 2023

Anyone who’s ordered a watch from us in the last few years, will have received a project update. Initially these updates were only shared if and when there were any changes to the delivery schedule or other important updates to share.

Going forward and based on feedback, we will share updates periodically - quarterly to be specific - even if it is just to say that a project is on schedule. Before we get to the updates, a gentle reminder that we always deliver watches in the same sequence as ordered, so if a project has started delivery but you haven’t heard from us, there’s no need to worry.

We’ll reach out to you individually as soon as your watch is ready.

22.01 GMT‍

• Status: Complete pending balance payment and delivery of the last few watches.

37.07 Mosaic

• Scheduled delivery: May-December 2023
• Status: Ahead of schedule; 80% delivered; remainder expected to be complete end-November.

37.05 Series 2

• Scheduled delivery: Q4-2023 onwards
• Status: On schedule; first deliveries expected end-October.

29.01 Worldtimer

• Scheduled delivery: March 2024 onwards
• Status: Case, dial and hand production on schedule; unfortunately a 3-4 week delay anticipated for certain movement components; now expecting to start deliveries in April 2024.

The team is working closely with partners and suppliers, to ensure the wait for your watch is as short as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
