Presenting the MING 37.09 Uni

Our first release for the year also celebrates our most recent GPHG win, and - like the Bluefin - reflects our love for sushi. It is our pleasure to present our newest dive watch and the Bluefin’s more exotic ocean mate - the MING 37.09 Uni.

Sea urchin, or uni in Japanese, has morphed from a prosaic necessity into a highly sought after delicacy. Those who’ve seen one will also know that it has a hard black shell, and toxic spines, that safeguard its glistening orange treasures jealously. They’ve been found all over the world from the surface to the deep hadalpelagic zone below 6000m. Let’s just say they are deep divers.

Like its namesake, the 37.09 Uni is a similarly rare and DLC-armoured take on our dive watch. It gains new design elements and is the first MING to have orange emission Super-LumiNova! It also retains all the things that made the Bluefin a winner - the rotating sapphire timing dial, and the cleverly engineered case with a 600m WR.

We’d like to invite you to discover the 37.09 Uni here.

Orders open tomorrow, 23 January at 1PM GMT. As any doctor will tell you, you can have too much uni and so we’re rationing ourselves to just 150 portions for this year, priced at CHF 5,250 and with deliveries starting in two weeks.
