1. Shipping restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Korea due to prevailing import/export regulations.

3. The buyer or their appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is evidence of the date of delivery and fulfillment by Horologer MING.
4. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes, duties and levies.
5. For deliveries to Malaysia and Switzerland, we will collect applicable taxes at the time of balance payment and items will be delivered with all taxes included.
1. Each watch comes with a limited warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects. The duration can be found on the documentation that accompanies each watch.
2. Watches serviced by the customer or a third party will not be covered by our warranty.
3. Wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

5. Horologer MING will bear shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping for out of warranty service will be borne by customers.
1. Watches may be returned in unused and unworn conditions, sealed, with the all original accompanying packaging and accessories within two (2) weeks of receipt of the original shipment
2. Horologer MING will refund the full price paid minus a restocking fee of CHF 125.
3. Straps are not eligible for returns. All strap sales are final once shipped.

A special variant of our 37.04 monopusher - this is our first ever watch in Tantalum!
Back in the 90s, a certain group formed of Messers. Journe, Halter and Flageollet designed a hand-winding monopusher chronograph movement that would find fame in a tortue-shape case; it is an improved version of this very same movement which you will find inside our new 37.04. The movements have been overhauled, updated and refinished by La Joux Perret in La-Chaux-de-Fonds to our specifications, with new skeletonized bridges receiving a classical grained 5N rose gold coating and hand-polished anglage in the style of our 19.02 and 19.05.
Topping this is a purple guilloche dial by Comblemine – a dial producer that requires little introduction. This dial is in turn covered by a sapphire layer that embeds the various chronograph scales (minutes, pulsometer, tachymeter) at different levels and in Super-LumiNova X1 to further enhance depth and legibility. We sank the chronograph minute counter - also luminous embedded - into the metal dial and eliminated running seconds in the interests of minimalism.
All of this sits in a 37-series case machined primarily from tantalum - with the crown and pusher in titanium.
