1. Orders are considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.
2. Items will be delivered only after all outstanding balances are paid.
3. Cancellations are not possible after a watch has shipped.

5. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by us within 7 working days.
1. Shipping restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Korea due to prevailing import/export regulations.
2. All products will be shipped with insurance and tracking.
3. The buyer or their appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is evidence of the date of delivery and fulfillment by Horologer MING.
4. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes, duties and levies.
5. For deliveries to Malaysia and Switzerland, we will collect applicable taxes at the time of balance payment and items will be delivered with all taxes included.
1. Each watch comes with a limited warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects. The duration can be found on the documentation that accompanies each watch.
2. Watches serviced by the customer or a third party will not be covered by our warranty.
3. Wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

5. Horologer MING will bear shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping for out of warranty service will be borne by customers.
1. Watches may be returned in unused and unworn conditions, sealed, with the all original accompanying packaging and accessories within two (2) weeks of receipt of the original shipment
2. Horologer MING will refund the full price paid minus a restocking fee of CHF 125.
3. Straps are not eligible for returns. All strap sales are final once shipped.

The 27.02 is a glimpse into what might succeed our popular 27.01 Ultra Thin; it is simultaneously simpler and more complex (by virtue of increased visual layering). We found space within the case to add a guilloche ring underneath our signature gradient sapphire dial. Depending on the environment, the 27.02 can present anything from a reflection to an inky black pool that transitions into a Clous-de-Paris ring. It is perhaps our most visually dynamic watch to date and is powered by our MING Cal. 7001.M1, a heavily modified version of the ETA 7001.
