At MING, we're always looking to improve your experience as a supporter and customer. Part of this experience, is in the payment options we are able to extend to you.
To date, we've offered the option to pay via PayPal or in the case of the 19.01 - via bank wire. We know from the many e-mails and messages we receive, that you would like to have the choice of an additional payment processor. With that in mind, we're happy to announce that effective immediately, Visa and MasterCard holders will also be able to pay for their orders using Payment Express PxPay.
On the "Payment method" screen, just look for and select the option titled "Credit Card". Please note that there are a few limitations to the PxPay gateway:
- At this time, PxPay only supports Visa and MasterCard. If you would prefer to use an American Express, Diner's Club, JCB or Discover, PayPal is the checkout option you want to select.
- PxPay utilises 3D-Secure security protocol to enable and process payments. Certain banks and regions have yet to adopt 3D-Secure as standard and this may cause transactions to fall through. These banks can still choose to accept a 3D-Secure transaction on a case-by-case basis, so we suggest checking with your bank or calling ahead to inform them of your purchase to avoid issues.
As always, all orders will be charged in Swiss Francs (CHF) and your credit card provider or issuing bank will determine your FX rate and final cost in your local currency.
We will continue to look into and offer additional options as and when possible. In the meantime, please let us know at email@example.com if you have any trouble using PxPay. -PRS
