Changes to shipping policy

Starting from 1 April 2019, we're changing our shipping policy based on feedback and our own experiences. These changes are geared at making checkout, returns and shipping for repair convenient and easy for our customers.

  • Prices are now inclusive of shipping and insurance via DHL Express. We heard your requests to simplify our pricing, especially as we offer only one shipping method and were previously charging a flat worldwide rate. So going forward, the price listed on the product page is what you will pay at checkout*.
  • Returns and restocking fees: To make returns simpler, we now provide a prepaid DHL waybill and insurance coverage for watches during transit. All a buyer has to do is pack the watch according to our instructions and call DHL to schedule a pick up (yes, the DHL will pick up from your home or office). To cover the cost of return shipping and insurance, a restocking fee of CHF 75 for a 17 series and CHF 125 for a 19 series will be deducted from the refund.
  • Warranty & repair shipping: Upon request, we can arrange for a prepaid DHL waybill for your warranty or repair watch and invoice the costs separately. All watches shipped under our DHL account will be covered by our shipping insurance policy provided they are packed according to our instructions.

For both returns and repairs, customers can choose to ship using a shipping service of their own choice but will be responsible for safety of the watch during transit.

You can find our complete and up to date terms & conditions here and as always, we are available to answer any questions via email at

*Prices do not include customs duties and import taxes. Unfortunately, there's still no way for us to provide pricing including all of these statutory charges.
